At Elevation Goods, we’re all about the little guys — and we don’t just mean Colorado (though 90% of our makers are local legends). Every item in our shop comes from a small business, handpicked for heart, hustle, and serious good vibes.
Smaller businesses generally have a shorter manufacturer-to-consumer journey, meaning there is more transparency in ingredients, materials, and the source of the products you buy. Small businesses are often makers, producing goods locally. Your purchase supports a person, some of whom are making your goods in their garage, basement, or while juggling kiddos and their crazy schedules. They’re makers, doers, and dream chasers — and your purchase helps keep their magic going.
Shopping small means shorter supply chains, more transparency, and products made with pride (not by robots in mystery warehouses). It also means supporting real humans and the communities they live in.
So yeah, we’re big fans of small.

What is your return policy?
We get it, sometimes things don't work out. But if you're contemplating a return, that means that you purchased something from Elevation Goods. So before we get any further down this "it's not you, it's me" road, we'd like to say thanks for supporting a small business that exclusively supports other small businesses.
If you're having a problem with an order, then we have a problem too! If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us with haste at hi@elevationgoods.co. Lets get this taken care of!
Because many of our goods are one of kind, produced by hand, or otherwise unique, we cannot accept refunds. However, we are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unopened goods that are in the same condition as when they left Elevation Goods with the original tags still attached for store credit minus shipping costs. All goods must be returned in their original packaging. The return for store credit must be accompanied by the receipt. Please email hi@elevationgoods.co to request a return for store credit. All email requests for store credit must be received by Elevation Goods within 20 days of the date of purchase as indicated on the receipt. Any reduced price items or goods marked as final sale are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or store credit.
Do you have a brick and mortar location?
Yes! We're located at 324 Harrison Avenue in Leadville, Colorado. Situated in the heart of a National Historic Landmark District, Elevation Goods is amongst a high mountain community located in the highest incorporated city in the United States. Shop hours are Monday-Sunday 10am to 5pm, though fluctuate with the seasons. Enjoy summer and fall sunset hours (we will be open late!) and shop online 24/7.
I just placed an online order and am super stoked to get my goods. When can I expect them to ship?
We take tons of pride in the goods we carry so we're stoked for you too! Cue the ticker tape because most goods ship within one to four days after the order is placed! During peak seasons, it can occasionally take a day or two longer. You'll get a notification and tracking information once your items ship. Woohoo!
