Refund policy

We get it, sometimes things don't work out. But if you're contemplating a return, that means that you purchased something from Elevation Goods. So before we get any further down this "it's not you, it's me" road, we'd like to say thanks for supporting a small business that exclusively supports Colorado-based makers, artists, and other small businesses. 

If you're having a problem with an order, then we have a problem too! If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us with haste at hi@elevationgoods.co. Lets get this taken care of!

Because many of our goods are one of kind, produced by hand, or otherwise unique, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. However, we are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unopened goods that are in the same condition as when they left Elevation Goods with the original tags still attached for store credit minus shipping costs. All goods must be returned in their original packaging. The return for store credit must be accompanied by the receipt. Please email hi@elevationgoods.co to request a return for store credit. All email requests for store credit must be received by Elevation Goods within 20 days of the date of purchase as indicated on the receipt. Again, we cannot accept refund or exchange requests. Any reduced price items or goods marked as final sale are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or store credit.
