Retail Manager

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Three weeks paid vacation

• Retail hours 4-5 days/week (hours vary seasonally, must be available to work weekends)
• Checkout and assist customers
• Help with various marketing materials such as content creation and scheduling
• Organize special projects, for example, events or markets
• Help with restocking, skus, inventory management and visual merchandising
• Community outreach
• Schedule and manage employees if/when applicable
• Bring and implement new ideas to grow
• Package and ship online and wholesale orders
• List products on our Shopify store
• Create wholesale products
• Interior maintenance

The retail manager will be a part of a very small team of 2-4 whose mission is to support Colorado small and artisan businesses. Must be reliable, self-motivated and work well independently. Those who are creative and appreciate our shop's mountain aesthetic, are encouraged to apply.
