A simmer pot fills your home with natural fragrance and adds moisture to dry climates (like the Rockies where Mountain Time Soap is made).
The Base: A small pot filled with water (or apple cider).
Aromatics & Citrus: Sliced oranges, lemons, or grapefruits.
Spices: Whole cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, or allspice.
Herbs & Botanicals: Rosemary, bay leaves, or pine sprigs.
Instructions: Combine ingredients in water on the stove, bring to a gentle simmer on low heat, and periodically add more water so it does not dry out
