Made with luxurious natural linen and filled with millet and calming lavender. This comfort pack smells amazing! Can be warmed or cooled. Use it to relax after a long day of work, or soothe your muscles.

Cover is removable and washable.

For a warm up: Place in microwave for 30 second intervals, max of 1 minute and 30 seconds. DO NOT OVERHEAT.

For a cool down: Place in the freezer 30 mins (and for up to 24 hrs) before use for increased cooling and calming effect.
